I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

-Press Windows key + R

-Copy and paste this in the Run Box and hit enter.

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries

Right click on 'Camera Roll' and Select Properties
Add your 'Camera Roll any folder you want to save the captured photos' folder you want location.
Click 'Set Default Save Location'.

Restart your computer and check.
