authenticator 알림 오류

authenticator 으로 학교 계정으로 로그인 후 microsoft 로그인 하려했으나 알림 오류(숫자만 알려주고, 선택하라는 알림이 안뜸)로 인해 authenticator에서 학교 계정 삭제 후 다시 추가하려고 했더니 위 이미지처럼 떠서 이도저도 못하고 있습니다..

authenticator 에서 다시 학교 계정 추가하고 싶으면 어떻게 해야하나요?

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems.

As we’re fellow users here & not Microsoft we have no access to accounts so cannot remove the 2fa security.

Removing the account doesn’t remove the 2 factor authentication & can lock you out of the account.

You would need to use one of the backup codes created when you added 2fa to the account, once logged in you then should remove 2fa & set it up again or if the app was set to backup to the phone’s cloud then you can delete the app & during set p it will give the option to use Recovery, once this is selected it will install all the original codes including for the MS account. If not then the first option is required.
