When you say "the taskbar is in Windows 10," do you mean the visual style looks like Windows 10, or it functions like Windows 10 (e.g., left-aligned icons, old right-click menu)?
Does the Start button and search bar appear, or is the entire taskbar missing?
Are taskbar icons centered (Windows 11 default) or left-aligned like in Windows 10?
