2025년 4월 9일 Windows 11 pro update 후 정품 인증이 해제 되었습니다. (Error Code : 0xC004F213)

제품키는 잃어버린 상태여서 제품키 재인증은 못 하는 상황 입니다.

해결 부탁 드립니다.

Their support are very hard to contact, try finding a local phone number or open the Get Help app in Windows and repeatedly ask the robot in that app to 'Speak to an agent', you may eventually get a link to speak to their support via live chat supprot.

Thank you for the screenshot, there is no problem with your Windows licence, I see the problem.

Your Windows licence was not pre-installed by the PC manufacturer, it is an OEM:NSLP licence and there is a widely reported problem with the 24H2 update causing that type of licence to deactivate automatically.

Because this Community is just a user to user forum, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, explain to them that you have an OEM:NSLP licence and the 24H2 update deactivated your licence, they will be able to reactivate that licence for you.

정식 Windows 11 pro 라이선스 구매 했었습니다.

정식 라이선스 등록해서 잘 사용 중이였는데, 어제 Windows update 이후 정품 인증이 해제 되었습니다.
