After update 26100.3476 I found out that display settings is missing. (Documents comments to go System>Display, but I don't have this one)
I checked some other pages in the setting app, and including bluetooth settings, many settings are missing.
Is this because the update deleted or hid some of the settings? if so, how can I roll-back windows or unhide those settings?
In case of roll-back, is there any way to avoid roll-backing the entire windows version?
If not possible, is there any alternative settings app for windows that does the same function?

Can you try uninstalling the said update and see if that fixes the issue.

After uninstalling the problematic update, please try to Pause updates for 1-2 weeks or run the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the problematic update. Window Update won’t install hidden drivers or updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try to hide KB5053598 update that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.
