bluetooth 작동 하지 않음

I don't know from when, but I have just happen to find that the bluetooth does not work. In Device Manager window, it show for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. For sure, the bluetooth was working without any anomaly as I was using the bluetooth connection with our devices.

My PC is Beelink GTR 7 pro (AMD Ryzen 9 7940Hs w/Radeon 780M Graphics 4.00 GHz) and Windows 11 Pro (64bit) ver. 24H2.

I would sincerely appreciate your advice.

    Hi, Miguel,

    Thank you for your prompt advice, which I really appreciate.

    I happened to be able to talk to a local expert since my upload of this issue, and he visited me and successfully resolved my issue at the end of the day. I do not have much knowledge on Windows setup, and I cannot explain what he has done, but he said I happened to suspend Windows update for Bluetootth, perhaps unaware of that, and he updated the driver. Serious an issue, but a simple resolution.
