구독한적 없는데 결제가 되었어요

이런 이메일을 받고나서 구독한 적도 없는데 2024.08.25에 19020원이 결제되었어요.

실수로 구독이 되었나 확인하니, 구독되있는거 없다고 나오고, 결제정보에도 카드정보가 들어가 있지않은걸로 확인되는데, 왜 결제가 된건가요?
확인 부탁드리고, 아래 이메일도 받았는데, 제 계정에는 구독되있는게 없다고 나와있는데 왜 이 이메일을 받고 결제가 되었는지 확인해주세요.
