Problem about rewards

Hi, I use Bing for lots of stuff. But I am frustrated because of the bugs that happening on Bing rewards. I will tell you 3 insane bugs.

First, reward counts. Even though my search keeps saying that I am traveling/moving, even though I am staying in my city every day.

Lastly, just please give my 1500 points back, I used Ed them to buy 100 Robux but after 5 months, the code has still not been here.

Yes, thank you for the advice, but I don't usually use my VPN and I tried turning it off when I was using Bing. And I have something that I would love, that's getting my 1500 back. I bought a 100 Robux for my channel, but the code did not come to my mail.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. May I ask if you have ever used a VPN on any of your devices where your Microsoft Rewards account is signed in? If so, that's probably why the system has detected that you’re in another server/region. Please be aware that using a VPN is not recommended as it violates Microsoft’s Terms of Service and may lead to account suspension.

Regarding your other concern about not receiving the Robux rewards, please check your account order history to confirm if the rewards were successfully redeemed. You can visit this link: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory. If your Robux request appears on the list, do you see the 'Get code' button beside it? Try to click on that button to see if the code is displayed. Let me know how it goes.
