윈도우 11 업그레이드 후 '0x803fa067' error와 함께 정품인증 불가

Question

I had no issues with my Custom PC after I updated to Windows 10 to 11, but few days ago, I had error code 0x803fa067

and in the settings menu, it says my PC is having activation errors.

1. I have re-installed Windows 11 and still have this issue.
2. I have tried "slmgr -dli" on cmd and got the message as below.

I have tried almost every solution by searching on the internet but they are of no use.

Please help.

slmgr /skms kms.digiboy.ir is an illegal activation command using the kms servers.

You were using a pirated license.

It complicates the issue a bit. Are you aware if the actual windows 7 code was used anytime in the past to upgrade the system to windows 10? I mean instead of going though the illegal activation route using just the key to activate windows 7 and then upgrading to windows 10 when Microsoft provided the free upgrade?

Oh I had no idea.

I just followed the cmd codes I got from googling.

I did not use or buy a pirated Windows.

I have a genuine Windows 7 code

I am not clearly sure, but I think one of my family members bought a Windows 7 a long time ago.

So I have used that key for my Custom PCs since then, and I had no problem at all.

slmgr/xpr in cmd gave messages as below: "Windows가 알림모드에 있습니다." So I tried deleting my digital keys and reinstalling them by: slmgr /cpkyslmgr /upkslmgr /dlvslmgr /ipk [my digital key]slmgr /skms kms.digiboy.irslmgr /ato But it is still not working
