In Korea, telecommunication companies provide an additional service called dual number. Suppose I have A (original number) and B (second number), when I send a text using A, I can just send it, but when I send a text using B, I need to add a # after the recipient's phone number. For example, 010-1234-5678#. But now, when I send a text with the program, it automatically removes the # and leaves only the number. So I can't send a text using B. This is not presently an option with Phone Link app but needs to be suggested to developers so they can consider it properly:
If you want to suggest this to Microsoft you may be able to help improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in the Start Menu apps list. Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.
