As such, you can assume that whatever domain/organization is managing the computer is setting the data values for this key. Group polices events can be found in the Windows Events Viewer > Windows Logs > Applications or Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > GroupPolicy. However, these event logs will not tell what GPO object is toggling a specific setting, just that a policy object was applied.
