마이크로 소프트 로그인이 되지 않아 몇백만원 날려먹게 생김

정품 Microsoft 소프트웨어 제품을 구입했는데 사용할 수 없습니다. 홈페이지에 나와 있는 설명을 모두 읽었지만 해결되지 않았습니다. 이 문제는 Microsoft 문의로만 해결 가능한 문제입니다. 회신해 주세요.

문제는 로그인할 수 없다는 것입니다. 이제 만 12살인 제 남동생은 새 컴퓨터를 산 후 윈도우를 샀지만, 그의 이름으로 된 계정은 어디에서도, 새 컴퓨터, 휴대폰, 아이패드에서 로그인할 수 없습니다.

암호 오류인 줄 알고 인증 코드를 동생 전화번호로 보냈는데 인증 코드를 제대로 입력해도 인증이 되지 않습니다.

사건 요약 :

컴퓨터를 먼저 샀습니다. 그 후 12살 된 남동생 이름으로 가입하고 가입합니다. 그러나 로그인 시도를 했을 때 Microsoft는 계정 또는 암호가 잘못되었다고 말합니다. 이러한 이유로 암호 재설정 코드를 요청했습니다. 그러나 비밀번호 재설정 코드는 입력 오류라며 인증되지 않습니다. 새로운 컴퓨터, 휴대폰, 아이패드에서 같은 메시지가 뜹니다. 어디에서도 로그인되지 않습니다.

이곳은 Office에 대한 커뮤니티 포럼이나 내용을 읽어 보면 아마도 부팅 후 Windows 바탕화면에 진입이 안되는 것이 문제인 것으로 추정됩니다.

Microsoft 계정을 생성하여 사용자 계정 설정을 하는 경우 미성년 계정은 부모 계정과 연결을 시켜줘야 일반적인 사용이 가능해지게 됩니다.

현재 계정설정을 미성년 계정으로 하였고 특별히 부모 계정과 연결시켜 사용을 원치 않는 경우에는 바탕화면 진입 자체가 안되는 상황에서는 진행할 수 있는 방법 또한 제한되다 보니 번거로우시더라도 Windows를 다시 설치하여 다시 계정을 설정하는 방법을 사용하면 어떨까 합니다.

또한 재설치 후 계정을 설정할 때 인터넷 연결을 해제하여 오프라인 상태에서 설정하게 되면 Windows 7에서 사용하던 형태인 로컬 계정으로 계정을 설정할 수 있으니 이점 참고 부탁드립니다.
