윈도우 10 에듀케이션 인증 오류

Question

마이크로소프트 학교계정으로 윈도우 사용합니다.

기존 노트북을 초기화하고 새 노트북에 윈도우 키를 입력했는데, 정품 인증 오류가 납니다. 지원에서 따라할 수 있는 것 따라하려고 하는데 학교계정이라 윈도우에서 마이크로소프트 로그인도 안되더라고요. 개인문의하는 방법이 있나요.

• Restart first your PC
• Press Windows key + I
• Click Update & Security
• Click Activation
• Click Change product key and input the key and try it again

Method 2:

• Press Windows key + X and click on Run
• Type in services.msc and press Enter or hit OK and this open up the Services window
• Look for Software Protection and double click on it, and try to Stop and Start the service or Start it whichever is applicable
• After doing the above check and try the product key again

Method 3:

• Type in cmd from the search bar on the taskbar
• Right click on the command prompt from the search result and click on Run as administator
• Copy/paste the command below and execute then one by one

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

sfc /scannow

• After doing the above check and try the product key again
