Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

I also suggest that you delete all MS Teams entries on your credential manager, then reinstall using the steps below
- Quit MS Teams application/Kill the process via Task Manager
- Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager
- Click on Windows Credentials > search for Generic Credentials
- Remove each entry relating to MS Teams
- Uninstall the desktop app via control panel
- Delete the folder "Teams" under C:\Users<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming
- Perform a reboot
- Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus > and reinstall the latest version via https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-365/micr...
Note: Ensure to run the installer as administrator
