(마이크로소프트 팀즈) 업데이트 후 팀/파일 실종 Missing team/file after update

저는 마이크로소프트 팀즈 사용자입니다.

팀즈 업데이트 후 저는 팀들과 파일들을 삭제하지 않았는데, 기존에 활성화 되어있던 팀들과 파일들이 사라져 문의 남깁니다.

이런 경우에는 어떻게 해결해야할까요? 나는 무척 당황스럽습니다.

매우 급한 일이니, 빠른 답변 부탁드립니다.

After the Teams update, I've never deleted files and teams but the previously active files and teams disappeared.

Just to confirm, are you using MS Teams application on a Windows PC? Or Mac device?

Also, can you please provide the current version of the Microsoft Teams application installed?

• Click on 3 dots at the top right corner > Go to Settings > About Teams

Kindly check as well if you can see the Team and files by signing in to Teams.microsoft.com website from a web browser. Make sure to login to the same account in it. This will help narrow down the issue if the problem is just happening on the MS Teams app.
