it only pop ups at powerpoint other office reacts goodbut only PPT!!! the error code is CAA50024 and i can't save my assignment..

I`m Mário, an independent advisor, and I would like to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, remove the account under Access work or school > Type Settings in Windows search > Accounts> Access work or school, select your account> Disconnect.

Sign in your account again in Office and if a message pop up says, Allow my organization to manage my device, uncheck tick box option and click This app only.
