Message: AADSTS50020: User account '******@cccc.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Coupang Logistics Services' and cannot access the application '1fec8e78-bce4-4aaf-ab1b-5451cc387264'(Microsoft Teams) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

모바일 어플로 사용하고있는데 평소에는 인증하라는 소리없이 잘 쓰고있었습니다.

그런데 갑자기 인증하라고 떴고 인증하는데 오류가 났다면서 위 내용을 개발자에게 보내라고 했습니다

어떻게 해결할수 있을까요??

    Thank you for publishing in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you. Typically when you are encounter errors when you try to sign in to Microsoft Teams, and base on the error Message: AADSTS50020: User account, this issue is related That is expected. User is trying to sign up with a  live.com ID which is not a Windows Azure native org account and is limited to be used only for 4 Microsoft directories.

    So you need to share the error with you admin or IT department and Select the following button to populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

    Run Tests: Teams Sign-in

    1. In the Provide the username or email of the user reporting this issue field, enter the email address of the affected user, and then select Run Tests.
