MS TEAMS 업무 생성 시 컴퓨터 느려짐

Question

팀즈에서 업무 생성 시 하기와 같은 오류가 발생합니다.

1. 특정인을 업무 할당했을 때, '항목 또는 저장서 용량 한도가 초과되었기 때문에 요청을 완료할 수 없습니다.' 에러메시지 뜨며 팀즈 업무 생성 불가
2. 업무 생성을 하여 메모란에 정보를 입력하고 있으면 컴터에서 팬 돌아가는 소리가 크게 나며 딜레이가 꽤 심함(10초 이상) 단순 텍스트 입력임에도 딜레이가 너무 심해 업무하는 데 지장이 있음

컴터 사양 첨부합니다.

해결 방법 꼭 부탁드립니다.

참고로 팀즈 느려짐 해결방법으로 윈도우+R을 눌러 하기 폴더 내용을 다 지워도 동일했습니다.

1. If you exceed the limit, you need to delete it. See screenshot below.

2. You can try running the MS Teams application in compatibility mode.
3. Right-click Microsoft Teams.exe and select Properties. This will open a window with all application properties (e.g. General, Security, Previous Versions, etc.).
4. Switch to the Compatibility tab, check the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode, and select Windows 7 from the list of available operating systems. Now click Apply and OK. MS Teams applications now run on Windows 10 just like they run on Windows 7.
5. Restart your PC.
6. Run Microsoft Teams. This will solve your problem.

Note: Alternatively, click Run Compatibility Troubleshooter to let Windows automatically detect and fix some of the most common issues.
