At the moment, there is no way to see the entire organization's praise history in Microsoft Teams.
You can only access your own praise history, which includes messages you've sent and received in the last six months. This is for your privacy and can be found under the "Review your praise history" option within the Praise section of Teams channels.
Unfortunately, there are no built-in reports or analytics for managers or leaders to see overall praise data for their teams.
