Program execution error occurs after installing new Microsoft Teams (work or school)

After installing a new Microsoft Teams (work or school), I'm getting an error running the program.

When I run the program, only a white screen appears for a long time.

If I keep waiting, the following error message occurs.

If I install and run the classic program again, it works normally.

The account I use is assigned to Microsoft 365 Business Basic.

Please help me with this problem~

    A user who experienced something similar was only able to fix it by resetting the windows PC, you can try creating a new user profile to see if the issue persist.

    1. I can connect to the web version of Teams without any problems.
    2. I deleted all the folders indicated in the link and ran the program again.

    -> However, the program's problems were not resolved.

    1. My account is registered in 'Menu' > 'Company or School Access'.

    I followed the method you suggested, but the problem was not resolved.

    We can try the following steps and see if it helps;

    1. If you're using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version (Chrome/Edge): https://teams.microsoft.com/.
    2. If you're running on the web, try clearing the Teams app device cache by following the steps in the link; https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
    3. Form a Windows device Try adding the account to Windows: In Settings > Windows Accounts > Accounts > Sign in to your work or school account, find the account you want to use to sign in to Teams. If it's not here, add it. If it has been added, log out and log back in to your account.
