이전 회사 계정 삭제

안녕하세요, 수고하십니다.

현재 이직하여 새로운 회사의 이메일을 받고 아웃룩을 사용 중입니다.

이전 회사의 아웃룩 계정을 삭제하고 싶습니다만 그 회사 계정으로 로그인 하려면 이중 보안 정책을 따라야 합니다.

계정 로그인 없이 삭제할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

이미 퇴사처리 되어 전 회사에서 제 계정은 사라진 것 같고 로그인이 불가능합니다.

또한 그 회사 계정으로 사용하던 pst 파일을 삭제하니 아래와 같은 에러 메시지가 뜨면서 아웃룩이 열리지 않습니다.

Hi Yejin,

Sorry you're having issues with the automatic translation. I have disabled.

I would not worry about the previous mailbox. Once deactivated, the mailbox will be mark for deletion after so many days.

If you still receive the error message, I would suggest creating a new profile. I prefer to do this from Control Panel / Mail / Show Profiles / Add.

대부분의 시간, 이전 사서함, 일단 비활성화 된 사서함은 너무 많은 일 후에 삭제표시될 것이기 때문에 자신을 돌봐 것입니다.

Hi Brain,

thank you for your prompt reply.

I have created my new business account and registered in Outlook, which I'm using now.

I also think that my previous account is deactivated.

The problem is that I cannot access to my deactivated account nor delete it.

Is there any way to delete an account without logging in to it?

Plus, I have deleted my pst file of the previous account and that led to me the error message I attached.

I could log in fine with my current account before I delete the pst file.

Is there any way to log in with my new account again?
