    Please take the following actions:

    Dear Ella, This is a license issue, according to the error notice "UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError." Your admin may not have yet assigned an Exchange online license to your account, or in rare situations, it may be that they have changed the license settings. Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this issue is by contacting your admin because it is a license-related issue.
