안녕하세요,

핫메일 계정을 복구하고 싶은데 예전 백업 이메일이 hanmir.com 이라고 이미 사라진 웹사이트 입니다.

여러 차례 계정 회복하기를 선택하여 제가 갖고 있는 모든 정보를 제공하였지만 시스템에서 자동으로 정보가 부족하니

다시 더 많은 정보를 기입해 회복하기를 하라고 합니다. 고객센터 도움을 받고 싶어 여기저기 찾아봤지만 어디에도 인공 도움을 받을수 없었습니다.

제 핫메일에는 지금은 돌아가신 저희 할아버지가 외국에 있는 저를 위해 컴퓨터를 배우시고 하나 하나 정성스럽게 보내주신 이메일들이 있습니다. 정말 너무나도 그 이메일들을 찾고 싶고 다시 읽고 싶습니다. 제발 부탁입니다, 그냥 형식적인 대답이나 무심한 대응 말고 제발 현실적이고 아이디를 회복하기 까지 피드백을 주고 받을수 있는 도움을 부탁드립니다.

I wanted to recover my hotmail account several times now but I couldn't because my recovery email I registered is hanmir.com, which this website no longer exist. I also tried find password and recover account process, but all I got from it is automated response from the system that I need to provide more information. I wanted to get a human help for this matter and all I can find is this community.

In my hotmail, there are many emails that my grand father sent me, he learned how to type just to write me an email because I was overseas and couldn't see him very often. I really need to keep his emails and want to read them again. I beg MS Customer service team, please help me find my email account and please stop those copy and paste messages or automated response. I need a sincere help for this matter, please help !

Hi,

I tried so many times with many different information to get automated apporval, but I entered many of my emails and the subjects in the system and it still does not allow me to get my ID back.

I really want to read my grand fathers' emails again, please help..!

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is always important to update your Microsoft account security information as it will make your account easy to recover.

I understand how frustrating this situation can be but rest assured the contents of your account will be available to you once you have regained access to your account.

With the Account Recovery Form, you are dealing with an automated system which will determine your ownership of the account based on the information you have provided. Honestly, I wish there were other alternatives as a last resort but there is none so I will suggest you keep trying with Account Recovery Form as it is the only way you can restore access to your account. Use the information you have and follow the tips provided below.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously and may not want to grant access to someone who is not the owner of the account.

Note that even if you contact Microsoft support, you will still be redirected to recovery form as they can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They don't have the ability to send you password reset links or provide you with ways to access or change account details.

You can submit Account Recovery Form up to two times per day using a device you have used to access your account before and from a similar location. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help.

Helpful tips

1. Answer as many questions as possible. If you’re not sure, guessing is ok — wrong answers don’t count against you. When you get to a question that lets you “add more," fill in as much information as you are able.
2. Use the information you created when you created your account or when it was last updated.
3. Submit the information from a computer that you use regularly.
4. You will be asked to list the email addresses you have used recently and the subject lines of emails you have recently received. Ask family, friends, or business contacts for help in verifying their email addresses and for the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.
5. Make sure you're using the correct domain for your account, such as hotmail.com, live.com or xbox360.com. Remember that your email address may be country specific. For example, if you created your account in Germany, your domain would probably be "hotmail.de" rather than "hotmail.com".
