메일이 안와요

메일 보내는건 되는데 메일이 오는건 안돼요. naver로 메일 보내는건 되는데 naver에서 마이크로소프트 계정으로 보내는것도 안되고, 인텔리제이를 다운로드 하고 회원가입을 하려면 인증메일을 받아야하는데 메일 인증이 안돼요. 그래서 다운도 못받고 아무것도 못하고 있습니다. 휴먼계정인지 알아보려고 해도 잘 안되네요...
