아웃룩 첨부파일 드래그 오류 및 관리자권한 해제 방법 문의

Question

몇일전까지 아웃룩에서 메일을 보낼때 첨부파일을 드래그하면 첨부가 되었는데 갑자기 첨부파일이 드래그로 첨부가 되지 않습니다.

그리고 '검색'을 하려고 하면 관리자 권한으로 실행중이라 하는데, 관리자 모드를 해제하는 방법을 알려주세요.

다른 방법이 있으면 안내해주세요.

+) 아웃룩 버전 2108 및 microsoft office 2021 버전 안내드립니다.

그리고 사진을 첨부하려고 하는데 첨부가 안되어 캡쳐 내용은 첨부하지 못했습니다.

• Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@yourdomain.com) or a personal account (ending in outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com) or another third-party POP/IMAP account?
• To better understanding your concern, would you please share your detailed desktop client version and product information with us in Private Message -내가 사용 중인 Outlook 버전은 무엇인가요? - Microsoft 지원
