Office 사용자 삭제 불가 문제

기존에 다른 사용자가 사용하던 컴퓨터를 물려받아 사용 중인데, 다른 사용자가 사용하던 outlook계정이 남아있어, 삭제하고 싶지만 캡쳐 사진과 같이 로그아웃을 눌러도 해결이 되지 않습니다.

해당 문제로 인해 규칙에도 오류가 생겨 똑같은 메일이 두개 씩 오는 문제 등, 처음 아웃룩에 들어가면 이전의 사용자의 메일이 먼저 보여, 불편함을 겪고있어, 문의드립니다.

    First of all, before we troubleshoot this issue, would you please allow us to collect some detailed information as below:

    • Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@yourdomain.com) or a personal account (ending in outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com) or another third-party POP/IMAP account?

    If you're using an Office 365 for business account, would you please try following steps and see if we can figure it out.

    1. Open New Outlook:
      • Launch the new Outlook application.
    2. Access Account Settings:
      • Click on the Settings icon (usually a cogwheel) in the upper right corner.
      • Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
    3. Manage Accounts:
      • Go to Mail > Sync email.
      • Under Manage your connected accounts, find the old account you want to remove.
      • Click on the account and select Remove.
    4. Clear Cached Credentials:
      • Open Control Panel.
      • Go to User Accounts > Credential Manager.
      • Remove any credentials related to the old account under Windows Credentials.
    5. Restart Outlook:
      • Close and reopen Outlook to ensure the changes take effect.

    If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to reset the Outlook app:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
    • Find Outlook and select Advanced options.
