개인 이메일, 일정 및 연락처 관리를 위해 Windows에 New Outlook 사용
Hi, 민찬 조1
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist you!
According to your description, I understand how frustrating this situation can be.
First of all, before we troubleshoot this issue, would you please allow us to collect some detailed information as below:
- Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@yourdomain.com) or a personal account (ending in outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com) or another third-party POP/IMAP account?
- Would you please be kindly to share your detailed desktop client version and product information with us for further assistance - 내가 사용 중인 Outlook 버전은 무엇인가요? - Microsoft 지원.
If you're using an Office 365 for business account, would you please try following steps and see if we can figure it out.
- Open New Outlook:
- Launch the new Outlook application.
- Access Account Settings:
- Click on the Settings icon (usually a cogwheel) in the upper right corner.
- Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
- Manage Accounts:
- Go to Mail > Sync email.
- Under Manage your connected accounts, find the old account you want to remove.
- Click on the account and select Remove.
- Clear Cached Credentials:
- Open Control Panel.
- Go to User Accounts > Credential Manager.
- Remove any credentials related to the old account under Windows Credentials.
- Restart Outlook:
- Close and reopen Outlook to ensure the changes take effect.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to reset the Outlook app:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
- Find Outlook and select Advanced options.
- Click Reset.
• Note: Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Please feel free to share it with us and we will stick with you.
Hope you all the best and looking forward to your new updates!
Sincerely,
Alex | Microsoft Community Moderator.
