It appears you are facing the issue of not being able to see sent emails on your Android Outlook app when sending them from your PC Outlook app, both of which are linked via POP3. POP3 is inherently designed to download and store emails on one device.
When you send an email, it is not uploaded back to the server. This creates a disconnect when you are using multiple devices. To ensure that your emails sync across both your PC and Android Outlook apps, we will recommend switching to IMAP.
