안녕하세요, 윈도우 8 Pro x64 에서 Office 2013을 사용하고 있습니다 Powerpoint 2013를 사용할 때, 오디오 파일이나 비디오 파일과 같은 미디어 개체를 삽입한 후. 재생 버튼을 누르기만 하면 곧바로 'Microsoft Powerpoint의 작동이 중지되었습니다.'라는 메세지와 함께 Powerpoint 2013이 작동이 중지되어 버립니다. 같은 파일로 다른 컴퓨터에서는 전혀 문제 없이 삽입됨을 확인하였기에 제 노트북 문제라고 판단되어 이렇게 질문을 올립니다. 다른 답변을 검색한 후 프로그램 추가 제거에서 오피스를 복구해보기도 했고, regsvr32 ole32.dll regsvr32 msrdo20.dll 라는 명령어를 도스에서 실행시켜보기도 했으나 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 이러한 현상을 해결할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

[제어판]-[장치 관리자]에서 [디스플레이 어뎁터]의 사용중인 그래픽 드라이버를 "사용 안 함"으로 설정해 보시기 바랍니다.

만약 그래픽 드라이버를 사용 안함으로 변경한 후 문제가 재현되지 않는다면, 그래픽 드라이버와 호환성 문제로 예상이 됩니다. 하지만, 변경해도 문제가 동일하다면, 다른 부분의 문제로 확인해 봐야 할 것으로 예상이 됩니다.

스크린샷을 어떻게 첨부하는지 모르겠지만, 모든 프린터 드라이버를 제거한 후 Microsoft XPS Document Writer를 기본 프린터로 설정, 모든 시작프로그램과 서비스를 사용 안함으로 설정한 후 재부팅, COM 추가 기능에서 모든 체크 푼 후 증상을 재 점검해 본 결과 마찬가지였습니다. 다른 Office 프로그램은 잘 사용하지 않아 모르겠지만 Word에서 개체 삽입 (Youtube 등)은 문제 없이 잘 작동되었습니다. 파워포인트를 안전모드로 실행해도 마찬가지였고요. 음악파일이나 동영상 파일 다양한 것으로 번갈아 시도를 해 보아도 달라지는 것은 없었습니다. 위에서 말한 충돌되는 프로그램도 제 컴퓨터에는 별다르게 깔린 것은 없습니다. 삼성에서 노트북을 구입한 후 기본 어플리케이션 외 몇개만 설치되어 있으니까요. 스크린샷만 첨부할 수 있다면 설치된 파일 목록도 보내드릴 수 있을텐데;;; 어떻게 하는지 가르쳐 주시면 첨부할께요 아래는 Process Explorer의 DLL 목록입니다. 다른 해결 방안은 없을까요?

문의 하신 PowerPoint 2013에서 미디어 개체를 삽입하면 제품이 멈추는 문제에 대해 안내를 드리겠습니다.

먼저 말씀해 주신 문제가 PowerPoint에서만 발생되는 부분인지? 다른 Office 프로그램에도 미디어 개체를 삽입하여 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

또한 기본 프린터 드라이버를 변경해 보시고, Process Explorer의 DLL 목록을 회신 주시기 바랍니다.

프린터 드라이브 설정

a. 제어판을 실행해 주시기 바랍니다.

b. 제어판 메뉴 중 [장치 및 프린터]을 선택합니다.

c. 현재 설치되어 있는 프린터 드라이브를 선택하고 마우스 우측 버튼을 클릭하여 [장치 제거]를 선택합니다.

(Microsoft에서 제공하는 Microsoft Office Document Image Writer나 Microsoft XPS Document Writer는 제거하지 않습니다.)

d. Microsoft Office Document Image Writer나 Microsoft XPS Document Writer를 선택하고, 마우스 우측 버튼을 클릭하여, [기본 프린터로 설정]을 선택합니다.

(해당 프린터가 없을 경우 Windows에서 기본 제공되는 프린터 드라이브 중 하나를 임의로 설치하여 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.)

e. 문제가 반복되는지 확인해 보고, 해당 방법으로 문제가 해결된다면, 프린터 드라이브에 대한 문제이기 때문에, 해당 프린터 제조사에 문의하여, 최신 또는 호환 가능한 드라이버를 지원 받으시기 바랍니다. 2. 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.
