오피스2013 설치오류

Question

오피스2010이 설치된 상태에서 2013을 설치하는데 아무런 메세지 없이 설치가 계속 중단되어 커뮤니티에서 비슷한 문제를 찾아 여러가지로 시도하다가 마지막 fixit을 실행해서 2010을 삭제했는데 여전히 해결되지 않고 있습니다.

어떻게 하면 설치 문제를 해결할 수 있는지 도움 부탁드립니다.

이전 버전까지 Office 프로그램은 모두 제거된 상태가 맞으신 것인가요?

제거 Office 2013 제거 Fix It도 다시 실행해 보신 후 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

아래 내용을 확인해 보신 후 Process Explorer의 DLL 목록을 회신 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.

퇴근후 컴퓨터를 켜서 이벤트뷰어를 실핼시키니까 정상적으로 나옵니다.

그러나 오피스를 다시 설치하려고 하니까 '필요한 파일이 손상되었거나...... " 위와 같은 메세지가 나오면서 여전히 설치되지 않고 있습니다.

먼저 Windows 기능인 이벤트 뷰어 문제를 해결 받으신 후 Office 설치가 필요할 것으로 보여집니다.

최종적인 에러메세지는 아래와 같습니다.

'필요한 파일이 손상되었거나 사용할 수 없는 상태이므로 설치를 계속할 수 없습니다. 원본 디스크나 다운로드 위치에서 설치 프로그램을 다시 실행하십시오.'

처음에는 설치가 50%이상 되다가 에러메세지 없이 rollback 되었는데 2010을 삭제한 다음에는 위 메세지와 함께 설치가 전혀 진행되지 않고 있습니다.

2013은 풀버전이며 이벤트뷰어도 실행되지 않고 있습니다.
