슬라이드 바깥쪽에 두꺼운 테두리가 생겼어요....

Question

최근에 액세스를 사용하기 위해서 오피스 홈 앤 스튜던트 버전을 삭제 후 다시 프로페셔널 버전으로 재설치했는데요...

재설치 후 파워포인트 작업을 하려고 하는데

위의 그림에서 첫번째처럼 슬라이드 주변에 회색의 두꺼운 테두리가 생겼어요ㅠㅠ

옆의 슬라이드/개요창에도 역시 두꺼운 회색 테두리가 생겼고요...

하지만 제가 원래 익숙했던 화면은 두번째 그림처럼 얇고 그림자 효과와 같은 테두리인데...이렇게 하려면 어떻게 변경해야하나요?

페이지설정이나 슬라이드 마스터나 옵션에서 찾을 수가 없네요ㅠㅠ

생각보다 너무 거슬려서 그래요ㅠㅠ도와주세요.....

혹시나 싶어서 확인했는데, 파워포인트뿐만아니라 워드에서 역시 페이지 주변으로 회색의 두꺼운 테두리가 있네요ㅠ

오피스 2010 제거 후 다시 설치했으나 역시 동일한 테두리가 있었고,

그래픽 드라이버 역시 제거하고 나서도 동일한 테두리가 있었습니다.

그래픽 드라이버를 재설치했음에도 똑같고요....(최신버전입니다)

기능자체는 이상 없는듯 합니다만, 너무 거슬립니다ㅠㅠ

레지스트리의 문제인가요?

아니면 워드나 파워포인트 자체에서 저 부분을 설정하는 곳은 없는겁니까???

[제어판]-[프로그램 및 기능]에서 현재 설치되어 있는 그래픽 드라이버를 제거한 후 문제 증상을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.

또한 2번 내용도 적용해 보신 후 Process Explorer의 DLL 목록도 회신 주시기 바랍니다.

(새로 설치한 프로그램이 없다고 하더라도 업데이트 등으로 영향을 미치는 경우도 있기 때문에 테스트가 필요합니다.)

안전모드에서 실행하였을때도 동일한 테두리가 있고,

심지어 마이크로 오피스를 복원했는데도 똑같습니다ㅠㅠ

프린트드라이버 설정역시 해보았지만 바뀐건 없어요ㅠㅠ

그리고 최근 새로 설치한 프로그램이 없어서 2번역시 아닌듯합니다.

a. 실행 창(Windows 키 + R)을 눌러 주시기 바랍니다.

b. 실행 창에 powerpnt /safe 를 입력합니다.

c. PowerPoint안전모드에서 테두리가 보이는 증상이 동일하게 발생되는지 확인 합니다.

(안전 모드에서 문제가 되지 않는다면, 이전에 사용하던 "슬라이드 마스터" 등의 서식 문제이거나, 추가 기능/설정 등의 문제일 가능성이 높습니다.) 2. 타사 프로그램과 충돌 - 문서 보안 DRM(Fasoo.com, McAfee, Document-Safer, SoftCamp, Mark-Any....)프로그램이 설치되어 있다면 반드시 제거하고 진행하시기 바랍니다.
