원노트 복사-붙여넣기 오류 발생; 필기 굵어짐 현상 (One-note copy-paste error occurred; Handwriting thickening problem)

서피스 프로4를 사용하는데 다음과 같이 필기를 복사했다가 붙여넣으면 글씨가 굵어지는 현상이 발생합니다.

I use Surface Pro 4, but when copying and pasting the handwriting, the text becomes thick like the following

1. 펜으로 복사해서 생긴 문제인가 >> 마우스로 복사를 했을 때도 같은 현상이 발생합니다.

Hypothesis 1. Problem caused by copying with pen >> The same problem occurs when copying with mouse.

2. 해당 파일 문제인가 >> 새로운 노트를 생성하여 복사해도 같은 현상이 발생합니다.

Hypothesis 2. Problem caused by the file >> The same thing happens when I create a new note and copy it.

3. 원노트 프로그램  문제인가 >> 원노트를 삭제 후 재설치해도 변함이 없습니다.

Hypothesis 3. Problem caused by One-note program >> Reinstalling One-note did not resolve the issue.

특이사항으로는, 이렇게 복사가 잘못되었을 때 복사한 필기의 크기를 변경하면 가끔(아주 가끔) 제대로 돌아오기도 합니다.

As a special note, changing the size of the handwritten copy when this problem occurs sometimes (rarely) resolve this problem.

어떻게 해결하여야 할까요?

Windows 1709 가을 업데이트 문제일 것 같네요.

추가 업데이트를 기다리시거나 windows 기존 버전으로 되돌리기로 이용하시는 것을 권장 드립니다.
