대학생 인증이 오류가 납니다

이곳에서 대학교 이메일을 치고 들어가면 

계정이 있습니다.

무료 Office을(를) 다운로드하려면 Office 365 사용자 ID 및 암호로 로그인하세요.

페이지가 뜨고 로그인 버튼을 누르면 로그인 화면이 나오는데 계정은 이미 제 학교 이메일이 입력이 되어있습니다.

이전에 했던 학교 계정이 있는 것 같은데 비밀번호를 까먹어서 재설정을 하려고 하니 이렇게 나옵니다.
