일단 저 오류가 떴다고 하는데,

제가 Office 365 를 학교 아이디로 다운받은 적이 있습니다. 그런데 최근 업데이트를 한다면서 응답하지 않길래 재설치하려고 들어갔더니 Microsoft 사이트에선 로그인이 되는데, 설치를 위해 로그인하라고 하면 로그인이 안 됩니다. 비밀번호를 재설정하고 다시 로그인해도 안 되구요,

그 화면에서 비밀번호를 리셋하려고 하면 오류가 뜨면서 관리자에게 물어보라고 합니다. 어떻게 된 건가요?
