Login problem with Microsoft Authenticator

Hi.

I have a problem with login.

I have an ID as '*************@hansono.com', but

I have another id called as user principal name, '*********no.com#EXT#@hansono2015.onmicrosoft.com'.

Only with using user principal name, I cannot login because of authenticator problem.

My microsoft authenticator doesn't have the id in the list, but everytime I try to login, it require

authenticator verification.

I can't even add an id to the authenticator because it also require verification code from authenticator...

How can I fix this problem?

    Thank you for your reply and double-check for the address.

    Actually, I'm the IT department. we are small company but we want to have our own windows driver.

    It's first time to use this microsoft account for us.

    I couldn't enter the number in my authentication app because there was an error which says as below;

    'An error occurred while trying to find an account to complete multi-factor authentication. You may need to add your account again.'

    I also tried another way to receive the code, but it also require code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app!

    How can I get code from the Microsoft AUthenticator app when I can't find the id in the list?

    But as I roughly remember, one guess is that I accidentally removed the account from the list in my Authenticator app.

    If I can add id to authenticator app, problem can be solved. But, the more severe problem is

    Authenticator app also require the code from authenticator app LOL.

    I really don't know what to do....

    Hi. I'm Brian.

    Your address appears to be a business address. Your IT department should be able to help. Have you spoken to them? Did you enter the number shown in the screen shot? Did you try clicking "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator right now" to see if there was another way to receive the code?

    I don't know it's personal or microsoft work account.

    But I'm using it for my company.

    How can I check that kind of information?

    I think it's work account.

    I've created this account at Microsoft Partner center

    to access Microsoft hardware dashboard.
