I advise you to take the following action to resolve this issue
First, kindly download the license repair tool by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=849815 .
Now, open the ".pkg" file, then select Continue and follow the prompts in the setup wizard.
After that, the tool successfully removes licenses, now select Close.
Finally, open any Office app and sign in to activate with the email account associated with your Office for Mac license
If this didn't helps then you need to contact Microsoft Customer support team who could remove your previous license and activate the license on new Mac you have.
