If you are having trouble with the upgrade, try different devices and clear your browsing history, cache and cookies to fix any issues related to browsers.

Upgrade your Family subscription using the same account you used for Personal. Depending on the subscription you’re moving to, the adjusted number of days added to your new subscription may result in less time being added than the amount of time remaining on your original subscription.
