Hi Yun,
Thanks for contacting us,
It is possible that your iPad does not show up in your signed in devices because you have not added it as a trusted device. A trusted device is a device that you have marked as safe and can use to verify your identity without a security code when you sign in to your Microsoft account. To add your iPad as a trusted device, you need to follow these steps:
- On your iPad, go to the Security settings page and sign in to your Microsoft account.
- You'll be prompted to verify your identity. Choose whether to receive the code through email, text, or an authenticator app. Once you have the code, enter it in the text box.
- Select the check box for **Don't ask me again on this device**.
- Select **Verify**. Ref: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/fe3860c8-bc04-9770-e218-b4fd6b767f4b
This will add your iPad to your trusted devices and it should appear in your signed in devices on your PC. You can also manage your devices, such as rename, remove, or unlink them, from your Microsoft account website.
I hope this helps!
Regards, Sola
