회사계정을 개인계정으로 전환하여 서비스를 구독할 수 있을까요?

Can I subscribe to the service by converting my company account to my personal account?

기존에 파일들이 너무 많고 용량이 크다보니 드라이브에 있는 자료들을 일일히 옮기는 게 거의 불가능 합니다.

Because there are so many files and the capacity is large, it is almost impossible to move the data on the drive daily.

회사와 마이크로 소프트사의 계약이 만료됨에 따라, 회사계정이 정지된다는데

기한 내에 모든 자료들을 도저히 옮길수 없는 상황입니다.

I understand that you would like to convert your company account to a personal account but are concerned about the large amount of data that needs to be transferred before the company account is suspended.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that Microsoft 365 Business subscriptions differ from personal subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Home/Personal). It is not feasible to directly transfer your existing business subscription to a personal one. The recommended approach is to cancel the existing business subscription and then create a new personal account. This process involves several considerations, including subscription management, data handling, and licensing limitations with Microsoft services.

Regarding your concern about transferring data, it is an important issue. If the company account is set to expire and not all files can be moved, the company's administrator can download the data from the admin center within 30 days after expiration.
