The error tag 62ubh and error code 0 are often associated with profile or authentication issues.

- Are you using a Microsoft 365 business account(@xxx.onmicrosoft.com/@yourdomain.com) or a personal account (ending in outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/msn.com) or another third-party POP/IMAP account?
- Could you please capture a detailed screenshot with us and send it in Private Message? Thanks for your understanding!

- Click the account you logged in in the up-right corner - My profile - View private messages to reply.
