비즈니스 구독 중인데 컴퓨터 2대는 잘 되는데 한대가 안돼요 자꾸 인증하라고 뜨고 회사 네트워크에 연결하라고 뜨는데 고객센터 전화하면 챗봇이 받고 알아듣지도 못하는데 상담원 직접 연결 좀 해주세요 채팅이라도요 답답해요 너무 ...

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community Support. I apologize for any inconveniences caused by this issue.

Please help me to head to Microsoft 365 Admin Center by clicking on this link: https://admin.microsoft.com/ 

After that you could look at the bottom right of the Admin Center > click on Help & Support > type in your questions and proceed to create a ticket. An agent will be contacting you soon if you select communication method as Phone.

Please note that only Administrators could access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center and raise the ticket.
