마인크래프트 렐름 결제 오류

마인크래프트 렐름을 결제 중인데 7.27일에 돈이 결제가 되었는데 렐름 남은 시간이 8일이 남아있었고 오늘 또 결제가 되었습니다. 결제 수단은 반복 청구를 해두어서 그런것 같은데 렐름 결제를 했는데 8일 남아있는것과 왜 돈이 2번 결제가된 것 인지 그리고 그 돈은 돌려받을 수 있는지 궁금합니다 또한 돈을 어떻게 돌려 받을 수 있는지 궁금합니다.
