If you’ve used Daum as your recovery email in the past and no longer receive the code, it could be due to the code email may be going to your spam/junk folder, so be sure to check there. Daum may be blocking or filtering automated emails. Your Hotmail account may have a delay or issue sending recovery messages to that specific domain. Since you're no longer able to verify through your phone number, and the recovery email isn’t working, the best option is to fill out the account recovery form from a trusted device and location you’ve used before. Include as much detail as possible about your account (old passwords, folder names, recent emails you’ve sent, etc.). This helps Microsoft confirm that you’re the rightful owner.
Please know that while this process isn’t instant, it’s the only way to regain access when the usual verification methods don’t work.
