아웃룩(클래식) 주소록의 주소를 찾을수 없음

아웃룩(365 클래식) 주소록에 주소는 보여지는데 새메일 작성시 주소록의 주소를 찾을수 없다고 하는데 어떻게 해야하나요?

Hi, thanks for reaching out!

If the address shows in the Outlook address book but not when you write a new email, try this:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + B to open the Address Book.
• Click Tools > Options.
• Under "Show this address list first," select Global Address List.
• Click OK, then try composing a new email again.

If it still doesn’t work, you may need to contact your Microsoft Exchange admin, your address list might not be fully synced or visible.
