사용자가 전자적으로 노트를 캡처, 구성하고 다시 사용할 수 있도록 하는 Microsoft 제품군입니다.
Hi 진성, this is Kimberly, an independent advisor. I'm glad to assist you today.
OneNote sometimes caches notebook links locally, even after the notebook is deleted from OneDrive or SharePoint. These “ghost notebooks” then stick around in your notebook list, even though they no longer exist.
Steps to Really Remove Deleted Notebooks:
- Close the Notebook in OneNote (if possible)
Even if it's "deleted", try this:
Open OneNote for Windows.
Right-click the name of the problematic notebook in the left panel.
Click “Close This Notebook.”
If that works, the entry should go away. If not (and you already tried), move to the deeper fix.
- Clear OneNote Cache Files (Manual Cleanup)
This clears stored references to deleted notebooks.
This will not delete your actual notes, only cached links.
Steps:
Close OneNote completely.
Press Windows + R, type:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneNote\
You’ll see folders like 16.0 (for Office 2016/2019/365) or 15.0 (for 2013).
Go into your version’s folder → then go to the cache folder inside.
Delete all files inside the cache folder.
Optionally also check:
%appdata%\Microsoft\OneNote\
and clear any cache/temp files there too.
Should you have more questions, please let me know.
Best regards,
Kimberly
