MS365 정기구독으로 연간 결제가 완료 되었는데 결제 내역에도 없고 사용도 안됩니다 카드가 결제 내용도 확인이 됩니다

Hi,

I understand that you renewed your annual subscription for MS 365, but it seems the payment did not reflect on your Microsoft account, and your subscription is not working.

Did you make sure that you’re logged in to the correct account?

Double-check your Microsoft account, then log in using this link: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

On the left-hand side of the page, click on 'Services & Subscriptions'

Were you able to see the subscription?
