워드 작업화면과 출력화면이 다릅니다.

Question

제가 작업한 문서 화면과, 인쇄를 할 때의 미리보기 화면이 달라서

원하는 결과를 인쇄하지 못하고 있습니다. PDF로 저장을 해도 마찬가지입니다.

예를 들어,

워드로 1페이지짜리 문서를 작성 후 인쇄를 하려고 하면

자동으로 줄간격이 들어가서 2페이지가 되어버립니다.

줄간격이 마음대로 넓어져서는 아예 다른 문서가 생성되는 지경인데요.

어떻게 해결하나요? 프린터도 다시 해보고 다 다시 해봤는데 안 됩니다.

저는 분명 한 페이지짜리 문서를 만들었음에도 간격이 마음대로 조정되어서

PDF로 저장도 못 하고 인쇄도 못 하고 있습니다.

This issue typically relates to one or more of the following:

Are you in Print Layout View or in Draft View?

Make sure you're in Print Layout view, which shows how the document will actually appear when printed.

Go to the View tab.

Click Print Layout.

If you're in Draft view, the formatting may not reflect real-world spacing.
