아웃룩 메모가 삭제 되었습니다

안녕하세요.

hotmail/outlook 계정을 사용하고, 메모를 자주 적어두고 사용하는 사용자 입니다.

해당 계정은 모바일(아이폰)으로도 연동되어 있고

할일을 주로 메모에 적어두고 있는데

어제부터 갑자기 메모가 안보이더니, 오늘 웹으로 로그인해서 봤는데도 항목이 없다고 뜹니다.

삭제한 항목에도 없는데....5000개가 넘는 메모가 날라가 버린 상황인데

어떻게 복구할 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?

Please first, check your iPhone’s Notes app to see if they’re stored locally or under a different account folder. Also, look in Outlook’s “Recover Deleted Items” if available on the web or desktop app. If nothing shows, contact Microsoft support https://support.microsoft.com/ quickly they may be able to restore from a server backup if it’s within their retention window.
