To help resolve your issue, please try the following general steps:
1. Clear Cached Credentials
Clearing stored credentials can resolve token-related login issues.
- Press
Windows + R, typecontrol keymgr.dll, and press Enter. - Remove any entries related to Microsoft 365 or Office.
- Restart your device.
2. Sign Out and Re-sign into Office
Refreshing your session can revalidate your credentials.
- Open any Office app (e.g., Word).
- Go to File > Account, then click Sign out.
- Close the app, reopen it, and sign in again.
3. Delete AAD Broker Plugin Cache
This step has resolved the issue for other users.
- Close all Office apps.
- Navigate to:
"%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy" - Delete all contents in this folder.
