잠금화면 상태에서 듀얼모니터 및 인터넷 연결 끊김

윈도우10 22H2 사용중, 화면보호기가 실행된 이후 잠금화면에서 계정 로그인을 하고 들어가면, 인터넷 연결이 끊어져 있다가 다시 연결되고, (아웃룩 메일이 갑자기 다시 들어온다던지, 네이트온,카카오톡 등 메신저가 다른 사용자가 보기에 오프라인으로 변해있다던지) HDMI 케이블을 사용하여 듀얼 모니터를 사용중인데, 로그인을 하면 각 모니터에 열어두었던 화면이 자꾸 한 모니터에 몰리는 현상이 종종 나타나고 있습니다

해당 증상이 매일 나타나지는 않지만, 윈도우 재설치, 노트북 전환 후에도 계속 나타나서 조치 방법을 알 수가 없어서 문의드립니다.

해당 부분이 노트북에 설치된 윈도우 설정 문제라면, 어떻게 설정해야 하는지 안내 부탁드리겠습니다

추가로 혹시, 그러면 "장치 관리자 - 네트워크 드라이버 속성 - 전원 관리" 에서 "전원을 절약하기 위해 컴퓨터가 이 장치를 끌 수 있음" 기능을 체크 해제해도 동일할까요?
