Have you recently made any software changes to your computer, like installing Windows updates?

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to boot your PC into the Recovery environment, where you'll find additional options to repair your system.

From the WinRE, select either System Restore or Startup Repair options to see if it resolves your issue.

If you're still experiencing problems, try booting your PC in safe mode.
